Oven Rack Soaking Tray

Yes, I would agree that it is large enough to hold the oven shelves, but ours seem to have developed a crack in the bottom corner so the water seeps out. We did not drop ours.

Oven Rack Soaking Tray

This is an excellent piece of kit - although we don't use it for its intended purpose. We have it outside, and when our border collie comes back from walks covered in mud and sand we fill it with water and she steps up into it so we can wash her. First class product, probably good for washing oven racks as well.

This tray is possibly the handiest item I own! It gets used for all kinds of wet & dirty jobs but its also great for carrying things - when we moved house it held all our CD's!

Oven Rack Soaking Tray

I have a confession to make - I bought this product, not to wash oven shelves in (although I may buy another one to do that), but as it is just the right size to wash my Border Terrier in when we have been walking in a muddy field. I did use a baby bath before, but he chewed the plug hole up when I was not looking! This tray is just the right size and depth to fill up with warm water and it is made of sturdy plastic, so it is easy to wash the dog in it - thank you! The dog is not so pleased though, as he thought he had cracked it when he chewed the baby bath plug! Of course, in case anyone is worried, we will not use it for any kitchen cleaning - it is totally dedicated to the dog!

Oven Rack Soaking Tray

I purchased this online, with the Ovenmate Oven Cleaner, and found it very useful in the soking of the oven shelves etc. I half filled it with water , and that was adequate, as I thought the Tray waould be too heavy to lift once full. It could have many other uses,eg hubby is wanting to sail model ships .

Oven Rack Soaking Tray

I have put off buying this for years, now I wonder how I ever managed without it. On the day I bought it, it was used that evening by my son as an ice bucket - holds alot of cans. My husband has used it for diy projects. I have even cleaned my oven shelves. I have thought of so many other things I can use it for, can't wait for summer :-)

Oven Rack Soaking Tray

I'm ashamed to admit that I really dislike housework and especially cleaning the oven and its component parts. I've had my eye on this product for a while now and despite one or two discouraging reviews I bought one in readiness for my oven's annual serious clean (before cooking the Christmas turkey) What a joy to have somewhere to soak the racks whilst tackling the messier task of the oven interior. I found that a brief soak in detergent and hot water followed by a scrub with a scourer did the trick nicely. A suggestion to those reviewers who found it difficult to empty would be to only soak one or two racks at a time thus avoiding over-filling the tray with water. I just need to think of where to store it now so that my OH doesn't find an alternative use for it, such as mixing mortar or draining engine oil!

Oven Rack Soaking Tray

This is one of the most useful things I have ever bought, and I've had it ages now. A multitude of uses (paddling pool,potting plants, soaking you name it), doesn't seem to get damaged or show its age, really would recommend to anyone.
