Product is a good idea, and does work - allowing air to circulate around food for even cooking underneath. However the product is very flimsy, so you'll need a tray to get it in and out of the oven, and any oil will just drip, so best to leave the pan on the shelf below. You'll also need the tray to get it back out the oven, due to the flimsiness. Perhaps it's worth considering the Pyramid Pan, also sold by Lakeland, which does the same job (perhaps not for a pizza though), in a much better manner, imho. I'd give the Pyramid Pan 5 out of 5.
