Sage™ Quick Touch™ Microwave
Did you know the amount of water in food varies wildly, from 3% for chocolate to 95% for veg, and that’s what makes microwaving so tricky? In Sensor IQ mode, Sage’s intelligent, intuitive microwave senses the amount of humidity released from food and automatically adjusts the power level and cooking time to suit for perfectly heated food. It’s a revelation when it comes to melting butter or chocolate, it puts an end to exploding beans and guarantees no more chicken with rubbery edges, or dishes with piping hot edges and frozen middles!
Benefiting from over 3000 hours of testing, it’s so easy to use, it offers a selection of the most commonly cooked foods in cook, reheat and defrost modes, with time and power pre-programmed to take away any guesswork for optimum results. There’s an ‘A Bit More’ button if you’d like to make food hotter, a shortcut panel for melting butter and chocolate and cooking baked beans, and you can have a personalised ‘favourite’ setting – great for porridge – and everything is clearly displayed on the LCD screen.

Getting rather fond of this” by Sylvia
I am rather pleased with this microwave for the most mundane of reasons. Mashed potatoes in about 6 minutes and the par boiling time knocked off saute and roast. Also the requirement to weigh all food means that helpings are now exact with no leftovers. I'm tempted to give it 5 stars but it is a bit pricey.
