Standard Remoska® Electric Cooker
- Compact and very economical – uses hardly any electricity, only 400W.
- Heats up quickly and has excellent heat conductivity.
- Cooks anything you can cook in an oven.
- Roast chicken, bake potatoes, cook pizzas and casseroles, even bake cakes.
- 2 litre capacity.
The Remoska has been a faithful friend to us over the years, but it was time for a facelift – no major changes, just little tweaks to make it even better than before, and it’s still made and tested by skilled workers in a small Czech factory. As well as a new, contemporary shape, the pan heats up more quickly, has better conductivity and a really secure stainless steel lid that can be removed and rested safely on the worktop even when hot. In fact, we asked some loyal fans of the old model to test the new version and they liked it so much they wouldn’t give it back!
It cooks better than an oven and is positively miserly with electricity – your oven will hardly need to be switched on. Roast chicken pieces (crispy skin, flesh as soft as butter), succulent lamb chops with golden roasted potatoes, toad-in-the hole and fish bake; toasted sandwiches, baked potatoes, pizzas from frozen, ready meals in their foil dishes; you can even bake light, moist sponge cakes and delicious scones. The pan is coated with Teflon® Classic so it’s easy to clean and, being so compact, it can be packed up and taken anywhere there’s a 240V electricity supply.

Superb on a boat” by Jill
Since buying the Remoska, I haven't used any other means of cooking on our small motor cruiser. We have to be hooked up to shore power to use it, but it is proving invaluable. It cooks beautifully, adapts to a range of cooking methods and techniques, often all in one pot, saving time and effort. It is easy to clean and stow away, taking up very little space. I am delighted with this versatile little cooker.
worth buying” by R
I waited ages before buying this, and was cynical about the claims made, but am very glad I did buy it. It cooks even dense solid pork chops to a soft tender texture, and although too shallow to take a chicken whole, pieces are cooked to perfection, just as advertised. To save time I microwave jacket potatoes for 3 mins before crisping them in the Remoska. I am saving a great deal of expensive fuel by not turning the oven on. Just wish it was taller for bigger joints. Easy to use and highly recommended.
Much better than the last one. Better without the window” by Ms Brown
A better shape than the original one inside. The sides do not slope in the way that the old one did so it's a more even size all over. I for one am very glad the lid is now all metal and no longer has the glass window. The lid is now much safer to remove. It can now be put much more safely down when opening to check or stir, than before. And the main repairers for Remoska told me a long time ago that one of the few parts they ever had to replace was the glass part of the lid as in rare cases it cracked. I agree with other posters about the price which is unwarrantedly high.
