“A faulty blowtorch but excellent service

As with another reviewer, James, I bought this blowtorch two years ago and have used it on many occasions with great ease and success. The last time I filled it up with gas, it failed to ignite and I could hear the gas hissing after turning it off. I took it back to Lakeland and they could not have been more helpful and gave me a replacement .

I have wanted one of these for a long time ,but never bought one as I was nervous of using one, but my friend bought me one for my birthday, I have used it now a couple of times, its so easy to control and easy to use.
Only used it for creme brulee so far, but it works really well.
