Seeing is believing, but when we saw this nifty Butter Maker in action, we still couldn’t get over how easy it was. Pour in some double cream, leave for 6-8 hours, shake for a couple of minutes and rinse with water... then be very impressed when your butter is left in the plastic ramekin at the bottom! Incredibly simple, it’s perfect to create flavoured butters for fish, breads and more; 2 recipes are included to get you started, but you’ll have loads of fun experimenting with garlic and herbs, lemon, chilli or even anchovies. WHAT A FANTASTIC LITTLE GADGET IT WORKS PERFECTLY AND WE MAKE OUR BUTTER FROM FRESH CREAM, CREME FRAICHE AND UHT CREAM IN LOTS OF SMALL BATCHES ADD SALT OR GARLIC OR BOTH! USE BUTTER PATS TO MAKE A BLOCK WRAP AND FREEZE FOR LATER USE OR ONE RAMEKIN FOR BREAKFAST AND THE REST OF THE DAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PURCHASE 100%

I eventually bought this after deliberating for a while. It was worth it. I used double cream and it worked perfectly first time. Delicious butter and easy to use.

I love this. I've made my first batch of garlic and herb butter this evening in just a few minutes with no problems at all. Filled the container with double cream at lunch time, added garlic when I finished work, and shake for 3 minute, and there you go!
