Bought in store. On the downside, they don't fit on the nozzle of my Kenwood. However, it's very easy to pull a length over the nozzle and make about six at a time. The easiest method is to tie off the casing, fill it until it's firmly stuffed to one sausage length, then twist and carry on filling. I had no splitting, the sausages looked great and were easy to handle. They were very tender to eat and, despite the fact that I had a couple of air bubbles in the sausages (not caused by the casing), they did not split on cooking. This was my first time making sausages, I would use these again.
