Lékué Silicone Bread Maker
Who would think that every step of bread baking could be done in a simple piece of silicone... and what a time and space-saving piece at that! You can weigh out ingredients, knead them together, leave the dough to prove then pop it straight into the oven, all in the same silicone bowl – you can even choose between a round or an oval loaf by closing the clip. Steam circulates within, keeping the dough moist for a golden, even bake with a crusty texture and, of course, your loaf pops out effortlessly once baked. Recipes incl.

Fantastic” by Lesley
I really have nothing to add to everyone elses comments, this floppy rubber thing is awesome. My friends with breadmaking machines rarely use them so i was reluctant to buy one also my kitchen is tiny so i took the plunge a splashed out on a lekue. It is sooo easy to use, all ingredients in together, add a teaspoon of dried yeast, prove for a little while, put in oven for 30 mins & out comes the lightest loaf, crusty on top. Really great bit of kit!
Great all-in-one baking - no mess” by Alison
Useful baking item especially if storage space is an issue as it can be squashed up & doesn't take up much room. Easy to clean. Weigh, mix & bake in the bowl with no mess. Nice shaped loaf but a bit small for large families. Might a larger model be made in the future?
A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review. We've passed on your suggestion for a larger mould to the buyer.
Quickly earns its keep” by Joanna
This is great for weighing, mixing, and proving. I don't, to be honest, find it that great for baking the loaves for which I use it, but I have baking sheets, tins, and a cloche for that. This still more than recoups the cost and earns its shelf space, and is easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
