The book is cleanly laid out and very welcoming if you are a beginner with plenty of pictures, particularly at various stages of technique. I chose the Lemon & Lime cheesecake for a friend’s dinner invite. The recipe was very easy to read, the ingredients were sourced very easily and in the right quantities, so there was no left overs. Putting together the cheesecake went very well and I'm happy to say that the whole thing was finished off between the 4 of us quite easily with much yummy noises! I'm certainly looking forward to trying other recipes soon!
