Loved!!” by Lauren
I made this for the centrepiece of our christmas table and everyone was talking about it for the night. I found it so easy to make and looked so professional.

No problems whatsoever making these. Nice big, quality moulds and even better at the offer price! I didn't even put them in the fridge to set (as I wanted to keep them shiny) and they set fine - even in my warm kitchen - within about 3-4 hours. Can only imagine that the people having problems didn't fill the moulds right to the top and edges, didn't leave them to set long enough, or handled them too much when getting them out (cold hands are best). They are super thick & chunky when you get them out, so no way could they break. Cheap choc works just as well as mid-price well known bars.
Ahh? - I think the reviews hold the answer!” by suzysunshine
I also had a bit of job with this mould myself then re-reading the reviews I spotted a possible solution. The soft and creamy kind of Chocolate that I was using was obviously far too soft and yielding a set. I tried using much better quality Chocolate - the kind that really 'snaps' when you break it up and sure enough I got the perfect set, a rich glossy finish and no more breakages. Problem solved! - and an excellent mould in constant use ever since (I've made 28 now!) as everybody I know wants one on their table on Christmas Day for the kids (of all ages) to enjoy after dinner ;o>
