My 5th or 6th machine in 30 years and to date gives the best quality and texture of bread. Had a go at baguettes too. To respond to a few of the negative comments - I find that the buttons work fine as long as you touch them with the flat of your finger and not just the tip - a firm dab rather than a tap. Start/Stop often requires a two second touch to work. Note also that when opening the lid there is often a dribble of condensation from the glass above the seed dispenser. Now I have got used to it I just pop a cloth behind the machine when taking a baked loaf out.
