Bought this Breadmaker in 2014. It is used at least twice a week on a variety of programmes. It's BRILLIANT. However today it suffered a terminal internal electrical fault. I spoke with Lakeland Customer Services and with the store from which I bought the original 3 years ago and am now a very happy bunny with a brand new machine. I am pleased to be able to relate I recommended this machine to a young friend who has had one shipped to Spain. She is pleased with her first efforts and loves the machine. What a marvellous company. Thank you Lakeland
