I bought this knife from the Chester shop about three months ago. It is a beautiful knife with great balance and it is very sharp and easy to sharpen. Just holding it lightly, its weight will allow it to cut through a tomato. This knife is as good as another I've got which cost over twice as much. I will be buying more from this range.

We're pleased to hear your loves this range.Our buying team have suggested the best way to sharpen our Damascus knives is using a whetstone at a 15 degree angle or use a sharpening steel. We wouldn’t suggest a generic knife sharpener for these knives
