This is a fantastic piece of kitchen equipment. really pleased I bought it. Made loads of burgers, never had one stick. I use good quality beef mince, onions, peppers, soy sauce,salt and pepper. No problems. I make a large batch and freeze them. Have learned to use the wax discs so the waxed side is against the meat, then they peel off the frozen burger easily. I also freeze individually so they do not stick together, then store them in freezer bags. Thought it so good that I bought one as an engagement present for some friends.
