Zwilling Pure 7cm Peeling Knife

Dating back to 1731, it’s safe to say Zwilling know a thing or two about knives, and they’ve put all their years of experience into their latest range for the optimum collection of perfectly-balanced blades. Each is forged from a single piece of extra strong stainless steel for maximum stability, going through six different stages of heat production for a higher degree of sharpness. This is followed by an ice-hardening process for each blade which takes place at -70°C for increased durability and stain resistance.

Not forgetting comfort, the handles are non-slip and seamless, with enlarged bolsters for safety. This really is a selection that will be serving you well for decades to come.
