"add vibrancy to cake pops, macaroons" Why then I have just had to dispose of a batch of meringue that this stuff deflated?

We're sorry for your disappointment with the colouring and the buyer has commented:we used the orange colouring in a macaroon recipe earlier this year and the macaroons were fine.We have checked with the Supplier and they havent had any other comments of this nature. With this in mind it could be various factors which affected your meringues, for example if he was using fresh egg white or powdered meringue mixture. We'll be in touch shortly to help.
