Tastiest sausages ever!! We all loved them. I can honestly say, I doubt very much if I will (ever) go back to store bought sausages. I used my Kenwood sausage maker which made it a doddle. Also I minced the meat 2 times, although didn't have to, just preference. Used half the pack: '600'g meat, 75g seasoning and 100ml ice cold water. Enjoy the whole experience!
