Cake Pop Tin

2.2 stars out of 5 based on 51 reviews.

Just what you’ve been asking for - a 2-part tin so you can make a mix from scratch and bake in the oven.

Fill the wells in the base, pop the lid on and use the special sliding locks to fix the two parts together. To test if the larger-than-average pops are done, just insert a skewer through the little holes in the top. Unlock the tin and a dozen beautifully round pops will be yours for the decorating.

Aluminium.

Makes 12 cake pops. Recipe and 24 sticks incl.

Cake Pop Tin

Was so excited to see these & snapped them up. I already have the electric cake pop maker, but that only makes 6 at once so thought a few of these pans in the oven at once would be a much more efficient way of making lots of pops. The design is a good idea & they're nice heavy quality. However, on each attempt my cakes stuck in the pans, making the baked pops impossible to remove in one smooth ball (first tried using cake release, then greasing/flouring) . So a complete waste of effort & no nice smooth pops :O( Have gone back to the electric one which is beautifully nonstick.

Cake Pop Tin

I received this yesterday and set about using today with the recipe included. I was a little nervous of getting the little cakes out the tin, this was un-necessary. I eased them out with a small plastic spatula with out any problems. With the help of my six year old, I decorated them with chocolate and sprinkles. We had so much fun ! My only problem was that the recipe makes two batches and I only have one tin!

TRIAL AND ERROR by Christine

Cake Pop Tin

I also had problem removing pops from tin but after a few attempts I found the best way was to use cake release in the well and around the top of the wells, do not overfill the well. (the recipe that came with the tins for Fudgy Cake Pops stated to fill each well so it mounds over the top of pan) when I did this the mixture came out the top of the tin through the little holes and out the sides of the well. I also found if I left the pops in the tin until they were completely cold they popped out easily. Hope these suggestions help others.
