I love this cake pop tin! I've used it several times after my partner bought it for me as a gift and I can't live without it. I use cake recipes that result in moist cakes, use cake release then flour on both pans, fill the pan until each semi circle is full, put it in a fan oven at around 170 degrees celcius and bake for 15 mins. I then take out the pan, which may have mix that's escaped at the top, leave it to cool for 10-15 mins, undo the top pan, remove it, then use a spatula to gently nudge each cake pop out. I do it every time and have no problems. Would love a 24 pop version..
