“heavy duty scale

I just got this scale after having had a salter for 1 year it gave up on me, so I did not want to buy salter again. This scale is easy to use, big for big bowl and easy to use hopefully it will last more than 1 year. It uses AAA batteries too.

“Replacement

i had bought Salter scales and found that the batteries were not lasting for any length of time making them really expensive to use. I contacted Lakeland who suggested that I return them to the Perth store where I had purchased them and they would be replaced or I could have a refund. The staff at Perth could not have been more helpful and I chose to take the TERRAILLON Scales as a replacement. I love them. Clear display and easy to use AND the batteries are lasting !! I am delighted with my purchase and most impressed with Lakeland's customer service especially the staff in Perth.

“Good but a few flaws

I bought these as a heavy duty set of scales. The big display is excellent. It comes supplied with batteries (which in my case didn't work. BAttery trip later and scales working I discover you can't turn them off...you just have to leave them to switch off after 1-2mins of inactivity. I'm now worried how quickly the batteries will run down. A few tweaks would make these great.
