“chocolate molds

I've always like the thought of making chocolates and these moulds are perfect I have the whole range of the moulds and I love them there really easy. I have learnt to temper the chocolate so its crisp and stays hard rather than melts in your hand. This is really fun and a personal touch to a box of chocolates.

Love this product, Very easy to use. I even filled the rectangular chocolates with condensed milk mixed with dessicated coconut. Let your fantasy run a riot ;-) Definately recommend.
