Hi! I bought this and have now made two types of madeleines with them - one sweet(ish) and one savory - and both times the mould was brilliant. Didn't stick at all, cooled down very quickly so you can refill and get a new batch in the oven pronto and didn't produce a cake with a discolored 'bottom' as I read a lot of mini moulds cause when you have them on a metal tray (necessary given the flex in the tray). I've just ordered another as they are a bit fiddly until you get into a rhythm of filling them.
