"Not a good swiss roll tin"

I bought this specifically for making swiss rolls & roulades but this is not the tool for the job. Tray is too big, the edges of the cake burnt & needed trimming so couldn't be rolled up from tray. Might be ok for biscuits though - but bear in mind that you will need a large baking sheet to be able to use this - if you don't already own one might be better off getting one of the silicone coated trays instead.

Thanks for taking the time to write your review. As the tray is flexible we would always recommend placing it on a baking tray for added stability when taking in and out of the oven.
