I love garlic in food but have always found it a faff to prepare particularly removing the skins before crushing. This garlic press solves all of that. Lob one large clove or two or more medium/small cloves skin and all into it and crush easily. I've found it best to remove the skin from the cavity after every pressing but you can do up to 4 cloves through it before it starts to struggle with skins blocking it up too much. In summary fantastic and I'm planning on gifting a few to friends and family
