How long does a 2 egg mix take to cook in this cupcake case?” by Alison
Just received my order - but no indication of what temp and for how long to cook a 2 egg mix in this cupcake case. Am assuming 160oC - but not sure for how long... any ideas??
A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review.The oven should be preheated to 180°C (Electric oven | Electric fan oven 160°C | Gas Mark 4) and cooked for 10 - 20 minutes.

I was really impressed with my first experience of silicone bakeware. I did use Cake Release which made it incredibly easy to remove from the case. In my fan oven it took approx 30 mins to cook at 160 degrees

Best cupcake case on the market and great price and perfect each time! I use cake release to grease case. The recipe I use is the 2 egg double indulgence recipe used by Mary Berry as it is moist and tasty (use milk choc). This quantity will fill two cupcake cases easily as you only half fill each case. Put in oven for 20-22 minutes at Gas Mark 4 should rise to just below the rim. Check with cocktail stick or cake tester to see if it comes out clean. Leave to cool for 15 minutes before removing in the normal way. Use plate to cover top of cake before turning upside down. Voila perfection!!
