I bought the ceramic knife because some of my knives looked as though they had rust marks on them after washing and had lost some of their sharpness. The first time I used this knife I could tell the difference when slicing. There was no need to push or saw, the blade went through so easily no matter what I cut. I shall certainly buy some more. Could be used as steak knives.
