Lakeland Ceramic Utility Knife
One super-thinly sliced tomato is all it will take to convert you to ceramic knives. Slicing soft foods, like onions, tomatoes, meat or fish, with precision, the black, mirror-polished blades of these beautiful knives will retain their cutting edge for much longer than conventional, forged steel knives and will rarely, if ever, need sharpening.
Crafted from zirconium ceramic for durability, they will not rust, do not brown fruit or vegetables and are a lightweight joy to handle. Each one is decorated with the Chinese symbol for ceramic along the blade and comes with its own protective sheath.
Take care of your ceramic knives – they should not be bent, dropped, used to crush food, cut bone or frozen food – and they will reward you with many years of effortless slicing.

Lakeland Ceramic Utility Knife
This is my first ceramic knife and it's absolutely brilliant. I've never been so impressed with an item. It slices through food without any pressure applied and glides as though going through soft butter! Cuts tomatoes perfectly and onions without tears!! I'm totally hooked and just going to order some other sizes. Thank you Lakeland

Lakeland Ceramic Utility Knife
I can only repeat what others have said. This knife is amazing and I shall certainly be replacing all my old knives with ceramic ones. I've never found a knife that slices onions so thinly and with barely any tears!!
