"Still in the learning curve on gluten free..."
28 July 2016
I bought this breadmaker because my other half has food intolerances, and gluten free bread was costing and arm and a leg. The breadmaker has almost paid for itself now, and I wish we could post pictures in the reviews, the early results were hilarious!Gluten free does work in the breadmaker, but you do have to be very careful when measuring, and with temp of ingredients. I have invested in digital scales, which make the process a lot easier, and though we are still getting loaves that sink a bit,the taste and texture is far superior to standard supermarket own brand gf. Still learning though!
