“too thin for comfort

I ordered these oven gloves a little while ago and picked them because I thought the thumb would give a little more dexterity. It does, but the material is so thin that holding on to hot dishes for more than a few seconds burns the hands. For the same price I could have bought the heavy duty gloves - I wish I had.
