I dont think the lakeland team read the question! the lady has made panne cotta- a cold cream dessert- in the moulds. she needs to quickly dip the form in hot water to release or as you see on tv, the chefs give a quick blast with the blow torch- you would grease a mould with butter etc if it was to be cooked.
