So thrilled to find this in your shop but when trying to dismantle it, I realized that it would be virtually impossible to remove a delicate dessert such as a parfait or mousse. I have broken two nails and turned the air blue trying to remove the base. Surely the sides and ends should come down first, thus leaving the contents on the base when a palette knife could easily remove it.
