Specially designed for recipes that require heating to a specific temperature, such as home-made jam, tempering chocolate, or when cooking delicate custards and sauces, our non-scratch, silicone spatula has an integral digital thermometer that displays a precise temperature as you heat and stir ingredients.
- Silicone spatula is heat-resistant to 220°C and dishwasher safe.
- For extra versatility, the stainless steel thermometer can be removed from the spatula and used independently as a meat thermometer.

“First impressions

Tool came, made fudge, could hardly believe the difference this amazing gadget made. It was so effective & simple to use! And easy to wash. Marmalade a great success too. But it is easy to leave on by mistake and the battery died when I did so over the weekend. £1.99 and very fiddly to replace with tiny screws requiring tiny cross-point screwdriver.

“I love this spatula!

This is worth every penny.
I wanted to use it for candy making and tempering chocolate, but it can be used for meat and sauces too.
It has helped me incredibly so far in getting a perfect tempering and the most amazing toffees in the world. It reads in both celsius and fahrenheit, and is very accurate to boot. The spatula goes up in increments (35.1 - 35.2 ect) and is also detachable from the thermometer for cleaning.
It can also read very low to high temperatures (-20 to 220C), making is perfect for candy.

“Great product, great price

Very pleased to see Lakeland bringing out this thermometer, takes the guess work out of tempering chocolate, kind to plastic bowls and easy to clean. It was a lovely birthday present and at this price I'll be buying more to use in my chocolate making classes.
