“Unhappy with this machine

This machine is not as good as my old one which is over 20 years old. It does not rub fat into flour well, in fact it takes ages and I have had to finish it by hand. I can only use it on Speed 2, if I increase to speed 3 it throws the flour out through the space in the lid and into the space below the basin. This is difficult to clean out. I can only do this by pushing the loose flour through the hole in the basin holder onto the work surface. It is O.K. for Sponge mixes using the all in together method. I am disappointed and would send it back if I could.

“great update

I bought this to replace an old hand mixer and bowl. It's a great machine, I have used it for cakes and dough making. I make a lot of my own soups and the blender easily attaches. Recommend it.
