Throughout the cooking period, anything from 30 minutes to 72 hours, the SousVide will precisely regulate the temperature to ensure optimum cooking and perfect results. Not only does it taste so much better, sealed inside the bag to cook in its own juices food retains its natural goodness to make sous vide cooking a healthier option; economical too as, given the sous vide treatment, even the cheapest cuts of meat are transformed into succulent meals.
