Having used this for 6 years I have only positive comments. There are a few simple things you can do to get the best out of it. It's such a beautifully simple design, so easy to use & clean, & such delicious results! 1. Freeze the inner bowl and paddle for 24 hours before using. 2. Make your mixture 24 hours before too, & leave in the bottom of the fridge. 3. Freeze your container to stop it melting too fast once you take it out. Having done all those things, then churning your mixture on speed 2, it only needs about 20 minutes to produce soft ice cream ready to serve or freeze for later.
