“The Chip Shop Chip Chop
” by Frank
First impressions look good but previous reviews are critical of the instructions. I am rather good at gadgets and I have now found all of the answers but would agree that there is insufficient information for some people. 1. It is not clear that the flap on the knife guard must be lifted to release the catch. 2. The pusher plate must have the bottom guides aligned in order to insert. 3. To release the pushers and the cutters the release knob needs to be pushed with a backward pressure. 4. For the pusher to work the pawl must engage at least the the first grove of the ratchet.

“chip and dice
” by amanda
Disappointed with this product. Instructions printed on box were not very clear and no further instructions contained inside. Tried to use it to dice vegetables for soup but would have been quicker doing them by hand.

“great chipper
” by marie
Found this product easy to assemble and use, ok the instructions were on the box and not detailed but were enough to cope with a simple chipper. It is much easier to use than the usual ones where you have to push the handle right down, the ratchet system is great although a little noisey! Haven't used it as a dicer so can't comment on that. It's a fantastic product, I am now ordering one for a friend who thought mine was great too.
