I used this rolling pin for the first time last night and I have to say I'm disappointed. My pastry stuck to the barrel quite a few times....I dusted the pin and the pastry with flour but still stuck!

Work quite gently but decisively, and keep turning the pastry.Many customers roll the pastry between two sheets of floured baking parchment and this will help. We'll be in touch shortly.
