Each piece is micro-perforated for increased air flow so moisture can escape, which allows for bread and pastry to be cooked evenly with a crispier surface, ensuring bakery-fresh results every time. Combined with silicone’s easy-to-clean and easy-to-store nature, PerfoBake is a real joy to bake with.

Perfobake Tart Tray

I have often been put off making my own mini quiches and tarts because I found them fiddly and very easy to either have soggy or burnt pastry. This tart tray works like a dream, every one was crisp and perfectly baked, and best of all they were so easy to remove from the bendy silicone, and washing up was a breeze. I also have the baguette tray and I am more than delighted with both.

Perfobake Tart Tray

Warning ... unlike the other reviewer whose report encouraged me to buy, I find this very difficult to use due to its somewhat uncontrolled nature, even when laid onto one of your best quality baking trays! I have several other silicone baking items which I have used successfully, this appears so MUCH thinner and therefore a problem to line neatly with pastry. I am a (mature) well-experienced baker and Lakeland customer of very many years, but this is a great disappointment!

Perfobake Tart Tray

I found this item to be excellent. I used it for the first time to make mediteranian tartlets and it did a great job! Also delighted that you opened your store in Belfast! We need a great shop such as yours in Northern Ireland!
