Of course, you can use a spoonful of instant coffee but we guarantee you won’t get the same mellow suggestion of coffee that Nielsen-Massey’s superb extract lends to cakes, desserts and sauces. Made from the finest Arabica coffee, it complements chocolate and vanilla perfectly, or you could use a dash as your ‘secret ingredient’ to add depth to soups, stews and gravy.
