Rose Water has been used as a flavouring for centuries, and brings the most deliciously delicate floral notes to many foods, Indian and Middle Eastern dishes in particular. Made from the purest rose petals, a drop or two will transform rice pudding, mousse, pastries, drinks and even mild, soft cheeses.
