“Good Product but does "catch" the milk
” by Giulia
Expensive but does a really good job of frothing the milk and the red one looks great. Only problem is that although the inside is nonstick there is one spot on the bottom which "catches " the milk every time leaving a brown residue which is almost impossible to clean as you can't use anything abrasive, spoils the product for me.
A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review and for taking the time to chat on the phone about your faulty Lattemagic. I'm glad we were able to resolve this

“A disappointment
” by Frances
I was happy to be able to get this product without buying an expensive coffe making machine.
It does make great foam and is quick and simple to use.The big down side is that the milk catches in one place everytime. This does not effect the taste, but it is hard to get clean and with repeated use becomes impossible to get off. Reluctantly I will be returning mine. I was hoping it was a fault on this one unit but other users seem to have had the same problem.
A note from the team: Thanks for your review and taking the time to speak to our customer services team, I'm glad they were able to help. To help prevent the milk from 'catching', the jug should be wiped out after each heating/frothing cycle.

“Big Disappointment!
” by Mr Elliott
What a disappointment! After correctly filling, the milk rose and bubbled out of the lid. Only by reducing the level a lot could the heating complete; then there’s not enough for 2 coffees. It can’t pour; there is just a hint of a spout! Cleaning is difficult - it needs rinsing well to wash out the foam, then drying. But the milk leaves behind tiny rubbery balls. The whisk also needs washing and drying as does the lid with the spare spinner. The chrome exterior needs cleaning because of the milk dribbles.
Give it a miss and wait for the Mark II.
Good job Lakeland won’t hesitate to refund!
A note from the team: Thanks for your feedback. Some handy tips from our buyer: When using the frothing whisk the maximum capacity is 125ml (the middle fill line) and this will produce enough for one average-sized mug of frothy milk. The maximum capacity for the heating whisk is 250ml (the top fill line) and will produce enough for one mug as well. There's a non-stick coating to help with cleaning - it's best to use a soft washing up brush. We'll be in touch.
