Box Appetit - Food Jar

I have been looking for something to use to take my lunch to work and was pleased to find this sturdy upright food jar. I thought it would be ideal for my soup, leftover chilli etc. unfortunately after using it for the first time it has stained badly. I had put beef & veg soup in it so not particularly tomato based. It already looks grubby and nothing I do will remove the staining.
It is an expensive item to see looking grubby after its first use. Very disappointed

Box Appetit - Food Jar

I bought this for my children to take a hot meal to school as an alternative to sandwiches and it has been a disaster! Firstly the jar is very wide and difficult to grip so they (and the teachers) found it very difficult to open.Once eventually open the food was cold.From the description of chilli and rice and pasta and sauce I presumed that the flask would keep the food warm but apparently this is not the case.This is quite an important fact and I have looked quite hard and can't see this mentioned anywhere.

“Brilliant for cereal and milk” by louise

Box Appetit - Food Jar

I was fed up of my milk spilling in my coolbag when transporting to work - this is brilliant, keeps the milk in the bottom vacuum locked so no spills - plenty of room for cereal in the top. No more spills !
