I am buying my fourth julienne peeler to give as a gift. Very robust and slices well. Great for carrots and courgettes for salads and vegetables for clear soups.

OXO Good Grips Julienne Peeler
This is a joy to use. Good size handle that's comfortable to hold and grip and I particularlly like the protection guard, which when down you can rest a finger for more leveredge and when up makes it much safer to put away and not get caught on it. It works really well on most vedg and glides through everything. It's probably the best I've used. Thoroughly recommend.
