We bought this sandwich maker online, and picked it up from the store in Eastbourne, I have to say that the toasties I made where the best for a long time, ham, cheese, toms and onion, it closed fine, and washed even better, highly recommended

“Disappointing Sandwich Maker

Cuisinart® Overstuffed Sandwich Maker
Having used this sandwich maker only 3 times I was very disappointed the handle clip snapped off and I hardly squeezed the handle. The toaster however makes fantastic toasties and is very easy to clean. Just wish the handle clip had been made better. Love the sandwichs it makes however not soggy or burnt at all.

Cuisinart® Overstuffed Sandwich Maker
We bought this toaster and it did seem quite expensive but it's worth every penny and very well made. The sandwiches are yummy, perfectly brown and toasted. The non stick plates are excellent and they pop out for easy cleaning. No matter how many fillings I put in the handle closes easily. Highly recommended.
