SuperChef takes care of everything else, whether you’re baking, steaming, stewing, shallow frying, boiling... it also has a dedicated rice and pasta function, and adjusts the cooking temperature as necessary, cleverly avoiding the risk of burnt ingredients. “Excellent product

I have used the bake, stew, fry and slow cooking facilities on this equipment and have found it to be very good indeed, freeing up much time in the kitchen and taking away the hassle of constantly checking the dish. The lemon cake in the recipe book is lovely. My only slight reservation is not being able to turn off the keep warm facility unless you are actually there, fine if you want to serve the cake as a dessert, but not so good if you expect to find it cold enough to decorate when you get home. On the whole a useful addition to the kitchen.

“Not just another kitchen gadget.....

A really great addition to any kitchen, but I have to caveat this by saying that you will need to get passed the really poor instruction manual to get confident with it. Don't however let this put you off. Want to a cook rice or pasta dish? Fry off your ingredients, bung in the rice/pasta, press start and walk away. No more watched pots, and once the Superchef senses it's done, it keeps it warm. In fact the ability to cook anything in any way without having to keep an eye on it has to be one of its best features. Oh, and the built in clock allows you to delay the finish time to suit you. Fab

I am delighted with my Lakeland SuperChef. I care for my disabled husband, the fabulous SuperChef lets me cook without constantly checking the food, freeing up a lot of my time, the food is excellent and the added bonus is the keep warm feature, I also like the three bells as I can hear it in the next room and know exactly what is going on. Without doubt my SuperChef is my cooking companion, No Mess, No Fuss, Food in and Walk Away.
