I have used the bake, stew, fry and slow cooking facilities on this equipment and have found it to be very good indeed, freeing up much time in the kitchen and taking away the hassle of constantly checking the dish. The lemon cake in the recipe book is lovely. My only slight reservation is not being able to turn off the keep warm facility unless you are actually there, fine if you want to serve the cake as a dessert, but not so good if you expect to find it cold enough to decorate when you get home. On the whole a useful addition to the kitchen.
