The scratch-resistant, glazed ceramic diffuses heat slowly and evenly to prevent drying, and as it’s so attractive, the finished dish can be taken straight to the table and served warm.

Emile Henry® Clafoutis Dish

I love this product, I use it as a pie dish so no more soggy pastry at the bottom of the pie, I have tested several different fillings and so far none have gone soggy on the bottom, also great for crumbles, cottage pie, fish pie, well as you can see I use it a lot and for loads of different things.
