This product is great -takes all the faff + fiddle out of making lemon marmalade, + I'm sure it's cheaper than buying hundreds of lemons too! I often grate ginger + mix this in - 'lemon and ginger preserve' goes down very well with several elderly relatives, who probably think I spend hours slicing the fruit! Highly recommend this, as well as the other tins, if you have a tin in the cupboard you can make it up as/when you have time, which I find a much more positive experience than eyeing a bowl full of fresh lemons, drying out, making me feel guilty & disorganised! Try it, just once...

Easy to make, perfect texture and flavour, just as the orange one (Beware of the prepared strawberry though, they have no fruit pieces and hardly taste of strawberry).

I made this yesterday with the help of my husband who kept stirring it and it was a great success, a great product and so easy to make, I look forward to hopefully more new flavours in the range, raspberry or apple jelly would be good, many thanks Lakeland
