Prepared Thick Cut Seville Oranges
Use half white sugar and a half pound of Muscovado sugar, for the remainder use demerera sugar and add one or two tablespoons of Grand Marnier or Cointreau liqueur for each pound of sugar as the the marmalade reaches setting point. Magic!

This product appears to be foolproof and makes an excellent marmalade. Not too sweet, plenty of thick peel and delicious to eat.

Bought this from shop in Bath whilst on holiday, sent me the recipe book as none in stock in shop, excellent service! Marmalade tastes great, husband now eats it, but would not eat shop bought! Ordering more!
