I've been using this knife a couple of years and am about to buy one for my Mum as she uses a large old bread knife for oranges. Manageable length for navigating around the contours of fruit to pare pith and rind but also good for slicing larger fruit. Basically it handles those foods that even the sharpest non-serrated knife can squash or slip on. A much used but still sharp knife.
