Sharpening knives with a whetstone is a method used for hundreds of years, and one go with this double-sided model is all you’ll need to see why. Producing a razor-sharp edge with minimum effort, one side will bring dull blades back to life, whilst the other will restore a keen edge to chipped, damaged or blunt blades.
With a non-slip base to ensure stability when sharpening, just soak the stone in water for 5-10 minutes before use.
