This is a fantastic item. I put rhubarb on to cook, medium heat and intending to turn it low but I forgot it and 20 minutes later dashed to the kitchen. All the rhubarb was in the pan and not a speck had boiled over the top. This was an amazing result because rhubarb boils over very easily. Also really really good for pasta and rice and has now become a desert island item
